Reageer direct op een verzoek om Nederlands of Engels. Is een korte opening onduidelijk, behoud dan de huidige taal of bied een eenvoudige keuze aan. Leid de taalvoorkeur niet af uit iemands naam, nationaliteit of locatie.<\/p><\/section><section aria-labelledby=\"section-nl-2\"><h2 id=\"section-nl-2\">Ga natuurlijk om met gemengde termen<\/h2><p>Nederlandse marketeers gebruiken vaak Engelse productnamen en termen zoals lead scoring. Behoud offici\u00eble interfacelabels als vertalen het terugvinden van een instelling bemoeilijkt. Leg een Engels label in het Nederlands uit zonder het hele gesprek te laten omschakelen. Gebruik een gecontroleerde woordenlijst voor begrippen die de handeling be\u00efnvloeden, zoals opzegging, verlenging en toestemming.<\/p><\/section><section aria-labelledby=\"section-nl-3\"><h2 id=\"section-nl-3\">Behoud de vraag bij een taalwissel<\/h2><p>Fin beschrijft het behouden van gesprekscontext. Dat bewijst niet dat iedere tweetalige inrichting alle taalwissels correct verwerkt. <sup><a href=\"#ref-nl-1\" aria-label=\"Bron 1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup> Test iemand die een probleem in het Engels uitlegt en halverwege om Nederlands vraagt. De bekende feiten moeten blijven staan, met de juiste taalversie van de voorwaarden. Presenteer voorwaarden voor een ander land niet door vertaling als lokaal geldig.<\/p><\/section><section aria-labelledby=\"section-nl-4\"><h2 id=\"section-nl-4\">Laat vloeiende sprekers beoordelen<\/h2><p>Test volledige taken met informeel Nederlands, typefouten en Engelse softwaretermen. Controleer natuurlijk taalgebruik, inhoudelijke gelijkwaardigheid en uitvoerbaarheid. Registreer ongewenste taalwissels en onbegrepen begrippen. Ontbreekt een actuele vertaling, benoem dat en bied een actuele bron of menselijke hulp.
