Test die volledige route met verschillende invoermethoden, ondersteunende technologie en realistische klanttaken.<\/p><section aria-labelledby=\"section-nl-1\"><h2 id=\"section-nl-1\">Maak de interface bedienbaar<\/h2><p>Controleer of bezoekers de chat met een toetsenbord kunnen openen, bedienen en sluiten en kunnen zien waar de focus staat. Geef knoppen betekenisvolle toegankelijke namen. WCAG behandelt onder meer toetsenbordbediening, focus en statusmeldingen. <sup><a href=\"#ref-nl-1\" aria-label=\"Bron 1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup> Toets de relevante criteria op de daadwerkelijke widget, inclusief mobiele weergave en interactie met de rest van de pagina.<\/p><\/section><section aria-labelledby=\"section-nl-2\"><h2 id=\"section-nl-2\">Beheers nieuwe berichten<\/h2><p>Laat een gestreamd antwoord een schermlezer niet na iedere wijziging de hele tekst herhalen. Beschrijf fouten met tekst, niet uitsluitend met kleur. Toets tijdslimieten aan toepasselijke WCAG-criteria en uitzonderingen en bied waar passend een praktische verlengmogelijkheid. Zorg bij spraak voor een bruikbare tekstroute wanneer spreken of luisteren lastig of ongewenst is.<\/p><\/section><section aria-labelledby=\"section-nl-4\"><h2 id=\"section-nl-4\">Toets met mensen en een gekozen norm<\/h2><p>Laat relevante gebruikers realistische taken uitvoeren, inclusief gegevens corrigeren en menselijke hulp bereiken. Combineer dit met technische toegankelijkheidstests. Een automatische controle bewijst niet dat een gesprek begrijpelijk is of aan alle eisen voldoet. Leg norm, afbakening, geteste configuraties en openstaande fouten vast.
