What each part means
- Accuracy
- Every fact, number and name is checked against a source; nothing is invented.
- Originality
- The piece adds something: data, experience, an opinion or a synthesis that is not already everywhere.
- Relevance
- It answers the question the reader actually has, at the depth they need.
- Expertise
- A named person with real knowledge shaped or reviewed it, and it shows.
- Brand alignment
- Tone, terms, claims and positioning match the brand rules.
- Search usefulness
- Clear structure, direct answers and the terms people search for, without stuffing.
- Readability
- Short sentences, plain words, scannable headings, no filler.
- Evidence
- Claims link to sources, examples or data the reader can check.
- Freshness
- Dates, prices, product names and rules are current, and the page says when it was updated.
How to use it
- Run the checklist on the draft, not on the brief: quality is in the output.
- Fix "no" items before "partly" items; a single wrong fact outweighs ten style issues.
- Keep the scores per piece; patterns show which part of your process needs work.
Run the quality checklist
Answer for one piece of content. The result gives a score and the fixes for every dimension that is not yet right.
