What each part means
- Objective
- One measurable result the campaign must deliver, with a number and a date.
- Audience
- Who exactly, what they already know, and where they are in their decision.
- Insight
- The one thing about the audience that makes the campaign work; AI research helps find candidates, people choose.
- Message
- The core promise and proof, in the words the audience uses.
- Channel
- Where the message reaches the audience at the right moment, and the formats each channel needs.
- AI application
- Where AI adds speed or scale: research, variants, personalisation, analysis, or none at all.
- Experiment
- The one thing you test in this campaign, with a control.
- Measure
- The metrics tied to the objective, read at agreed moments.
- Learn
- What the numbers say about the insight, the message and the AI step.
- Iterate
- The change you make next, and what you drop.
How to use it
- Decide the AI application after the message, not before; AI serves the campaign, not the other way round.
- Use the campaign type to pick the usual AI applications: research for SEO, variants for paid, personalisation for email.
- Keep the experiment small enough to read within the campaign period.
