    Respect for rights

Markaigen’s original content and design, and third-party material, can be protected by copyright, trademark or database rights. Publication on the web is not a blanket licence. Use a resource under its stated licence and respect lawful exceptions. Linking to a source or naming a product does not imply ownership or endorsement.

Tell us about an alleged infringement

Email info@markaigen.com with your contact details, the protected work or right, the exact Markaigen URL, the material concerned, why you believe the use is unauthorised and your authority to act for the rightsholder. Include a good-faith explanation and relevant evidence. Do not submit excessive personal information or confidential material unnecessarily.

    Review and response

We assess the notice, may request clarification and consider licences, applicable exceptions and the interests of the parties. We may temporarily restrict disputed material, correct attribution or remove material where appropriate. A notice is not automatic proof of infringement. We do not promise a universal resolution deadline or describe this route as a registered US DMCA-agent service.

    Reply and corrections

If your material was affected and you believe the report is mistaken, provide the relevant URL and evidence of permission or a lawful basis. We review substantiated replies. Knowingly false reports can harm others. This process does not prevent either party from using legal remedies or competent complaint bodies.
