    Privacy choices & requests

Practical routes to manage cookies, saved work, subscriptions and data rights.

    Change optional tracking

lets you reject optional categories or withdraw a previous choice. Reload afterwards to apply the choice to newly loaded services. Our custom event measurement also honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. A browser signal is not a request to close your account.

    Manage saved information

Use your workspace to export and delete saved items. Native tool datasets have their own controls; project archive is not deletion. Clear assistant history using More options → Clear conversation. Browser site-data settings remove local storage but do not erase server-side account data.

    Submit a rights request

Email info@markaigen.com with “Privacy request”, the email associated with the records, the service involved and what you want: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal. You need not use legal language or this exact subject. An authorised representative can contact us; we may need proportionate proof of authority and identity. Do not send your password or an unredacted identity document.

We normally respond within one month. A permitted extension must be explained within that period. Rights are subject to their legal conditions; if we cannot fulfil a request fully, we explain why and the available complaint routes. Requests are normally free; any lawful exception must be justified. You can complain directly to a competent supervisory authority.

    Stop invitations and marketing

Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us. Withdrawing benchmark research interest does not require an account. Essential account or security messages can still be sent when needed. A minimal suppression record may be necessary to honour your opt-out.
