Build an AI quality check for EN and NL campaigns
Check bilingual campaigns against approved terminology, offers and destination links while separating translation quality from technical completeness.
A bilingual campaign check needs more than a judgment that the Dutch sounds natural. It must verify that the two versions promise the same thing, use the right local destinations and preserve conditions. Give the agent explicit references and report exceptions for human review.
Build a shared reference
Record approved product names, tone examples, offer conditions, currencies, dates and terminology. Identify elements that should differ by market, such as local contact details. The English original is not automatically correct; both versions must match the approved campaign facts.
Separate meaning from mechanics
Run factual checks on prices, eligibility and deadlines. Then check links, buttons, tracking parameters and missing localized components. Review tone and idiom separately. This makes a broken Dutch destination distinguishable from an acceptable transcreation choice.
Test with deliberately flawed assets
Prepare examples containing a changed discount, an untranslated button, a misleading date and a fluent sentence with the wrong meaning. Include correct variants so the checker is also tested for false alarms. Outcome-focused evaluations help reveal whether the agent catches the errors that matter. [1]
Keep a bilingual reviewer in the loop
Return the exact passage, expected reference and suggested correction. Have a reviewer approve material changes and inspect the rendered mobile layout. Track missed errors and unnecessary flags by category. Improve the reference collection before adding more elaborate prompts; many apparent language failures begin with missing campaign facts.
