Review AI generated comparison tables before publishing
Check comparison tables for current facts, meaningful criteria and mobile usability so a neat layout does not hide unsupported product claims.
An AI-generated comparison table can look authoritative because its rows align neatly. That visual order does not prove the claims are correct or comparable. Review the decision logic and evidence before polishing the layout.
Make each row answer a real question
Choose criteria that affect the buyer’s choice. Replace vague entries such as advanced AI with a specific supported task or capability. Explain ambiguous terms. If two products solve different problems, acknowledge that difference instead of forcing them into a false like-for-like contest.
Check the same scope across columns
Record plan, market, version and review date for each product. A paid feature in one column should not be compared silently with a free tier in another. Mark unavailable information as unverified rather than absent. Keep evidence references close enough for the reader to inspect.
Test the table on a narrow screen
Ensure headers remain understandable when columns scroll or stack. Avoid using color alone to express a difference. Keep text selectable and accessible rather than turning the whole comparison into an image. Provide a short explanation of the most consequential tradeoffs in ordinary prose.
Maintain the decision aid
Assign an owner and review trigger for changing product facts. Remove unsupported winner labels and ratings that lack a method. The table should help a buyer identify fit and limitations. Its usefulness comes from accurate distinctions, not the number of products or the appearance of a comprehensive scorecard.
